Return & Warranty Policy

New Cycle Parts


1. Product Condition & Disclosure

All products sold by New Cycle Parts are used, lightly used, renewed, or discontinued OEM components, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Each part is:

  • Inspected prior to listing

  • Assigned a condition grade (A, B, or C)

  • Sold based on functional condition, not cosmetic appearance

Photos provided are of the actual item you will receive.


2. Limited Functional Guarantee

Grade A and Grade B parts are covered by a 30-Day Limited Functional Guarantee, beginning on the date of delivery.

This guarantee covers:

  • Parts that fail to function as described

  • Defects present at the time of shipment

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Cosmetic wear

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by improper installation or misuse

  • Labor costs, downtime, or incidental damages

Grade C (For Parts / Repair) items are sold AS-IS and are not eligible for warranty or return.


3. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

  • The item is defective upon arrival, or

  • The item fails within the 30-day guarantee period under normal use

To be eligible:

  • Customer must contact New Cycle Parts before returning any item

  • Item must be returned in the same condition received

  • Original markings, tags, or labels must remain intact

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Grade C items (For Parts / Repair)

  • Electrical components damaged due to incorrect installation

  • Items altered, modified, or disassembled by the customer

  • Items returned after the 30-day guarantee period


5. Return Process

  1. Contact us at [email/phone] with your order number and issue description

  2. Our team will review and issue return instructions if approved

  3. Customer ships item back for inspection

All returned items are tested upon receipt.


6. Refunds & Replacements

  • If a defect is confirmed, New Cycle Parts may:

    • Replace the item with a comparable part (if available), or

    • Issue a refund to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


7. Compatibility Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify part compatibility prior to purchase.
Providing a model number or serial number does not guarantee fitment unless explicitly confirmed in writing by New Cycle Parts.

Incorrect orders due to compatibility issues are not eligible for return.


8. Limitation of Liability

New Cycle Parts is not responsible for:

  • Labor costs

  • Installation errors

  • Loss of use

  • Equipment downtime

  • Consequential or incidental damages

Liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the part.


9. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated at any time without notice.
The version in effect at the time of purchase governs the transaction.
